Phillip L. Weser, aged 75, of Morgantown, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025. He was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his death. Weser’s contributions to his community and the lives he touched will be honored at a celebration of his life scheduled for January 3, 2026, at 14:00 in the Platinum Ballroom of the Morgantown Marriott.
