Tucson Goodwill Shooting: Suspect Arrested After 4 Days

UPDATE: A suspect has been arrested following a double shooting at a Tucson Goodwill store on December 26, 2025. 40-year-old Adrian William Orozco was taken into custody early this morning, four days after the incident that left two victims in critical condition.

Authorities from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that Orozco was apprehended near First Avenue and Grant Road around 5:30 a.m. today. The arrest follows a thorough investigation and community assistance in identifying the suspect, who faces charges including attempted second-degree murder, aggravated assault, auto theft, and armed robbery.

The shooting occurred at a Goodwill Donation Center located near Valencia and Los Reales Roads. Eyewitnesses reported chaos as shots were fired inside the store, prompting emergency responders to rush two individuals to the hospital, where they remain in critical condition.

After the shooting, deputies released images of Orozco, describing him as a white or Hispanic man, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds. A stolen vehicle linked to the suspect was found 10 miles northwest of the shooting scene, raising concerns about his whereabouts.
