Urgent Fire in Rochester Sends One to Hospital Late Wednesday

UPDATE: A late-night fire in northwest Rochester has left one person hospitalized with burn injuries, authorities confirm. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on December 31, prompting a rapid response from the Rochester Fire Department.

Fire crews arrived at 3639 Nottingham Dr. NW to find visible smoke and flames at the front of a split-level home. Firefighters quickly assessed the situation and determined that the blaze was primarily confined to the front entryway but had extended to other areas of the house, causing significant smoke damage throughout the structure.
