Loveland Woman Arrested for Drunk Driving, Invalid Plates

UPDATE: A 45-year-old woman from Loveland was arrested for suspected drunk driving late Wednesday night, raising urgent safety concerns in the community. The arrest took place at 10:50 p.m. at the intersection of North Colorado Avenue and West Eisenhower Boulevard.

Authorities confirmed that the woman was charged with driving under the influence, her blood alcohol content measuring at 0.08 or higher. Additionally, she faced charges for operating a vehicle without tail lamps, with a restricted license, and possessing invalid plates. In a separate incident, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a 46-year-old man on I-25 at 1:04 a.m. Wednesday for failing to present proof of insurance when requested by authorities.

Earlier reports from the department on Wednesday also included a theft reported at 4:15 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Taft Avenue, and another incident of criminal mischief at 7:16 p.m. on 3800 block East 15th Street.
