Quarantined Quartet to Delight Families with Concert at ABAC

The Quarantined Quartet is set to perform a family-oriented concert at the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) on January 27, 2026. The performance will take place in the Howard Auditorium at 19:00. Tickets are available for purchase through the ABAC Arts website.

This unique ensemble, consisting of four guitarists, showcases a true family collaboration. The concert at ABAC marks the group’s debut performance in Georgia, generating excitement among both the musicians and the local community. “We are excited to share our music in a state we have never performed in and connect with a new community,” said Jason Hochman, one of the quartet’s founding members.

The Quarantined Quartet was formed on March 21, 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic lockdown. The group comprises the Hochman family, including Elysa (Mom), Jason (Dad), and their sons, Joseph and Noah. While confined at home, they transformed their time together into a remarkable artistic journey. They began performing as a family and have been sharing daily videos on Instagram for over 1,700 consecutive days, captivating audiences with their musical talent.

The Hochman family are also the founders of the New York Guitar Academy. Their educational background includes expertise in various guitar styles, such as Spanish classical, flamenco, and rock. This diverse musical training informs their performances, which feature a blend of original compositions and innovative interpretations of well-known works.

The upcoming concert promises to be a vibrant celebration of music, providing an enriching experience for families in the area. Those interested in attending are encouraged to secure their tickets early, as the event is expected to draw significant interest.

In addition to this performance, the Quarantined Quartet has gained recognition for their engaging online presence and commitment to family music-making. Their journey reflects the resilience and creativity that many families have embraced during challenging times. As they take the stage in Tifton, the Hochman family looks forward to connecting with a new audience and sharing their passion for music.
