Former President Donald Trump announced his intention to endorse a candidate in the Texas Republican Senate primary runoff between incumbent John Cornyn and state Attorney General Ken Paxton. IT MUST STOP NOW!”
Both Cornyn and Paxton advanced to the May 26 runoff after failing to achieve a majority in the primary. Trump highlighted the necessity for Republicans to unite against their Democratic opponent, James Talarico, who recently secured his party’s nomination by defeating Jasmine Crockett.
