Young Marines Recruit Youth for Leadership and Service

The Young Marines, a national youth organization, is actively seeking new members aged 8 to 12th grade to participate in a program that fosters leadership, citizenship through community service, self-discipline, and a commitment to a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. This initiative is aimed at encouraging young individuals to develop essential life skills and contribute positively to their communities.

Meetings are scheduled to take place at AMVETS Post 18 located on Green Street in Stephens City. These gatherings occur on the first and third Sunday of each month, beginning at approximately 1 p.m.. Each unit is run by dedicated adult volunteers who guide the youth in various activities designed to enhance their personal and social development.
