Annual Arts & Crafts Show Moves to New Venue, Set for Nov. 22

UPDATE: The Annual Friends of the Conant Public Library Arts & Crafts Show is moving to a new location this year, promising even more holiday cheer and convenience for shoppers. Scheduled for November 22, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event will take place at Houghton Elementary and Chocksett Middle School in Sterling, Massachusetts.

With space for over 50 vendors and ample parking, this year’s show is set to be the largest yet. “The new venue allows space for even more artists and craftspeople,” said Beth Cyr, chairperson of the craft fair. The event has gained a reputation for its high-quality, handmade gifts that are perfect for the holiday season.

Shoppers will find a diverse array of products, including returning favorites such as alpaca items, aromatherapy products, and handmade jewelry. New vendors will introduce exciting offerings like maple syrup, pet portraits, and custom wreaths. The event will also feature beloved traditions like a bake sale, cheese sale, and lunch café, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Admission is just $2, with proceeds supporting vital programs at the Conant Public Library. Each attendee will receive a “Passport” to be stamped at three locations, giving them a chance to win a special prize.

Although vendor spaces are full, interested artisans can still join the waiting list by contacting Beth Cyr at [email protected]. For more information, visit the Friends of the Conant Public Library Arts & Crafts Show on Facebook or find @ConantLibraryCraftFair on Instagram.
