Khalid Announces 2026 Tour with Austin Stop for Summer Vibes

Texas-born R&B sensation Khalid is set to hit the road with his 2026 tour, titled It’s Always Summer Somewhere, bringing his signature sound to audiences across North America. The tour includes a highly anticipated performance at the Moody Amphitheater in Austin on June 19, 2026.

Beginning in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 16, the tour will span 25 dates and conclude in Berkeley, California, on June 26. Notably, Khalid will perform in Irving on June 17 and Houston on June 18, but he will not be returning to his adopted hometown of El Paso, Texas, where he began his music career.

Khalid, now 27 years old, gained fame as a teenager through his early work on SoundCloud. His debut album, American Teen, received critical acclaim and established him as a leading figure in contemporary R&B. Since then, he has collaborated with prominent artists such as Billie Eilish, Halsey, and Marshmello, further solidifying his status in the music industry. His most recent album, After the Sun Goes Down, was released in 2025, adding to his repertoire of four albums.

Khalid’s accolades include over 20 awards, with significant wins at the Billboard Music Awards in 2020 and the MTV Video Music Awards in 2017, where he was recognized as Best New Artist. He has received six nominations for the Grammy Awards, showcasing his impact on the music landscape.

Joining Khalid on this tour is pop artist Lauv, known for his hit single “I Like Me Better.” Lauv will perform at all tour stops, providing fans with an exciting double-header of contemporary music.
