NLE Choppa and NBA Ben 10 Clash in Houston, Exchange Heated Remarks

A confrontation between rapper NLE Choppa and NBA affiliate NBA Ben 10 escalated in Houston earlier this week, drawing significant attention across social media platforms. The incident has sparked discussions among fans and the music community, especially given the ongoing tensions between Choppa and fellow rapper NBA YoungBoy.

The encounter occurred as Choppa has been publicly criticizing YoungBoy in various tracks over the past several months. A viral video captures Choppa hanging out of a vehicle window while Ben 10 records him, leading to an exchange of words. Following the altercation, Choppa took to social media to elaborate on the situation.

In a video post, he questioned the intentions of Ben 10 and his crew, stating, “What type of gangsta pull up on a man, say they gonna do something, do a man, and pull out they phone?” He challenged them, asserting, “…What y’all wanna do? Why y’all keep staring at me? I’m standing here right in the parking lot… I had two n****s on the frontline that would’ve laid y’all down. If you gonna post something, post that. Pull the surveillance footage up.”

OG 33, another individual present during the confrontation, responded with his own video, criticizing Choppa’s actions. “You all on these cameras and then you wait until you pull off to pull out a little baby toy and say, ‘It could go down. It could go down.’ N****s know you’re a b*tch man,” he claimed, ultimately advising Choppa to avoid mentioning him in future disputes.

The tensions between Choppa and YoungBoy have been well-documented, particularly following the release of Choppa’s track “KO” in October 2023. In this song, he delivers pointed lyrics aimed at YoungBoy, rapping, “YoungBoy, what? This the big boy league/ I put one up in your gut under the Jesus piece/ Last thing that I heard was ‘Jesus, please’/ Had me looking at the devil like ‘This is your king.’”

In an interview with Rolling Stone after the release of “KO,” Choppa explained his motivations for the diss track. He stated, “And my thing was I’ve heard interviews from him that he’s vocalized, that he’s conscious of what he’s doing, and I have no problems with him, but that’s the part where my assignment, that’s the part of my duty… because I’m conscious of it. I know you can’t continue to consciously choose a way that’s indifferent to the most highs.”

As the rivalry continues to develop, fans remain eager to see how both artists will respond to the latest confrontation. The incident not only highlights the ongoing tensions within the hip-hop community but also raises questions about the impact of social media on personal disputes.
