Kennedy is described as standing 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 115 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and blue rubber gloves. Notably, he has gray hair and brown eyes. Witnesses have also described him as being extremely bow-legged.
