The ETA ETA Circle of Sisters celebrated the holiday season with a festive gathering on December 4, 2023, hosted by Karen Fulton at her home. The meeting included a regular business session followed by a Christmas-themed social event where members exchanged secret sister gifts, fostering a sense of community and joy among participants.
Celebrating Togetherness and Traditions
After the formalities of the business meeting, members who were unable to attend the December social had the opportunity to exchange gifts. The gathering featured a fun Christmas game designed to include everyone; no one left empty-handed, as all participants received a prize.
The annual Christmas social continued at the home of Jerry and Eve Yaekel, where the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by the December Social Committee, which set the tone for a delightful evening of camaraderie and festive cheer.
Plans for the New Year
As the winter months approach, the group has decided to pause meetings during January and February due to the unpredictable weather conditions in Missouri. This decision ensures the safety and comfort of all members. The ETA ETA Circle of Sisters extends heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
This gathering exemplified the spirit of togetherness that defines the ETA ETA Circle of Sisters, reinforcing the bonds of friendship and support that thrive within the organization. The members look forward to reconvening in the spring, eager to continue their traditions and community efforts.
