Additionally, Waters, a cornerback from Fort Bend Marshall High in Missouri City, Texas, has joined the Utes. Weighing in at 175 pounds and standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, he is ranked as the No. 214 player from Texas, making his commitment to Utah noteworthy. Waters was highly sought after, choosing the Utes over UCLA, and is ranked as the No. 127 cornerback nationally.
