Warroad, making its 26th state appearance, seeks its fifth title since the tournament’s inception in 1945. With a recent 6-3 semifinal win over Delano, where they overcame an early deficit with a stunning three-goal surge in the third period, Warroad is ready for a rematch. Earlier this season, Hibbing/Chisholm bested Warroad 4-2 on January 24.

This will be Minnetonka’s eighth tournament appearance as they chase their third championship, having previously won titles in 2018 and 2023. The Skippers advanced to the final after a dramatic 4-3 overtime victory against Rosemount.
Moorhead, aiming to defend its title, has a storied history with 22 tournament appearances and hopes to secure its second championship after finishing as runner-up eight times. The Spuds reached the final with a strong performance, defeating Edina 3-1 thanks to three goals in the decisive third period. Earlier this season, Minnetonka defeated Moorhead 4-2 on December 20.
