BREAKING NEWS: Patricia “Pat” Anne Huber, aged 77, of Coopersburg, has passed away on December 7, 2025, at St. Luke’s Fountain Hill. Her sudden departure has left family, friends, and the community in mourning.
Born on July 15, 1948, Patricia was a devoted wife to Dr. Steve Sisson and a loving mother to her only daughter, Dana Sisson. The deep impact of her loss is felt not only by her family but by all who knew her.
Patricia was a proud graduate of the University of Rochester and earned her M.D. from the University of Texas at Galveston. Following that, she completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania, establishing a career filled with intelligence and compassion.
Her love for life extended to many passions, including cooking, gardening, and reading. Patricia often gathered friends and family around her table, sharing her culinary delights. Her gentle spirit also embraced animals, with her beloved cats, Toby and Russo, providing her comfort.
As an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Patricia found community and purpose, forming enduring friendships through her faith.
“She was a light in our lives, always bringing joy and kindness to everyone she met,” said a close friend.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Dr. R. Steven Sisson; her daughter, Dana; a nephew, Jeff Huber; and her cherished pets. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Calling hours for Patricia will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 1-2 p.m. at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, located at 150 Elm St, Emmaus, PA 18049. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m., officiated by Mother Laura Howell.
