Soquel High Boys Basketball Dominates Watsonville 77-42 in Urgent Win

UPDATE: In a commanding performance, Soquel High’s boys basketball team triumphed over Watsonville with a decisive score of 77-42 in a nonleague matchup held on January 5, 2024. This victory marks a significant turnaround for the Knights, who struggled offensively in previous games but showcased their strengths against the Wildcats.

Soquel jumped to an impressive lead, dominating the first quarter 29-11 and extending it to 48-16 by halftime. Senior center Connor Corlett led the charge with a double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds, while senior Miles Johnson contributed 14 points to the scoreboard.
