Titan Brands Hospitality Group Appoints New Directors to Leadership Team

Titan Brands Hospitality Group has enhanced its leadership team with the appointments of Michelle Bautista as Director of Restaurants and Steve Ruck as Director of Operations. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Michelle Bautista: A Journey of Resilience and Passion

Bautista’s career in hospitality reflects her resilience and creativity. Originally from Los Angeles and raised in West Covina, California, she discovered the importance of adaptability early in life. After a life-altering car accident in 1992, she redirected her ambitions towards the hospitality sector, where she has since thrived.

Relocating to Las Vegas in 1996, Bautista immersed herself in the local hospitality industry. Starting as a coat check attendant at Drink Nightclub, she rapidly advanced through various positions, including hostess, food server, cocktail server, and bartender in a span of six years. This progression solidified her belief that hospitality is an art form, best expressed through heart, intention, and respect for all team members.

Bautista has accumulated extensive experience in restaurant and nightlife operations. Notably, she served as a VIP host at Ghostbar and Rain Nightclub. In her new role with Titan Brands Hospitality Group, Bautista will focus on building high-performing teams, enhancing guest experiences, and fostering a culture that prioritizes both empathy and efficiency.

Steve Ruck: Operational Expertise and Leadership

Ruck brings a wealth of experience to Titan Brands Hospitality Group. Born in Texas and raised in New Jersey, he began his career in North Florida, working as a busser. He methodically advanced through front- and back-of-house roles, developing a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations.

After moving to Las Vegas in 2010, Ruck spent seven years as a kitchen manager before becoming a General Manager. Following the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, he joined Titan Brands Hospitality Group, where his effective leadership led to promotions from General Manager to Senior General Manager, District Manager, and ultimately, Director of Operations.

In his current position, Ruck oversees multi-unit performance, operational strategies, and leadership development across the organization. His focus on operational discipline is expected to drive continued success.

“Together, the duo will collaborate closely to align restaurant culture with operational execution, ensuring consistent guest experiences, strong team development, and long-term growth for Titan Brands Hospitality Group,” stated Marko Greisen, CEO of Titan Brands Hospitality Group. He expressed enthusiasm about the future of their restaurants in Southern Nevada.

The appointments of Bautista and Ruck reflect Titan Brands Hospitality Group’s commitment to enhancing its operational capabilities and customer engagement as it continues to grow in a competitive industry.
